Would Kylie be interested in doing a cooking demonstration at an event I’m organising?

I am writing an assignment, and I wondered if Kylie might be willing and available for an interview.
As you can imagine, Kylie is kept very busy with her restaurant and her book and television projects, as well as her work for her chosen charities, and isn’t always able to attend all the events she would like to. When is the best time to come and eat at Billy Kwong if I want to see Kylie?
Kylie is always keen to meet people when she can. However, because she has so many ongoing commitments and often has to travel at short notice, she can’t promise to be here on any specific day. When Kylie is in Sydney, she tries to spend some time at Billy Kwong most days.
